Refund policy

Digital products are delivered immediately after purchase. At checkout you will be asked to agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day cancellation right once the download starts (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected: if digital content is faulty or not as described you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
